Man With Ankle Monitor Brings Drugs Into Police Station

You’d think that someone wearing an ankle monitor would want to avoid questionable behavior. That, however, wasn’t the case in Killeen, Texas, where Odell Smith was busted when he was found…in a police station…with a suspicious package bulging out of his pocket. There to file a report on the woman he was with, an officer suspected the package was filled with either “marijuana or spice.” Also, found were more bags with more of the same substance and some pills, all while Smith was supposed to be on house arrest for a previous drug charge.
