Getting into a car accident is enough to ruin anyone’s day. It’s even worse when you’re driving a car filled with drugs and drug paraphernalia. In Lincoln, Nebraska, Maggie Welling and Robert Valentine were cruising along and are reported to have run a red light and crashed into an oncoming police car. With the car stopped, officers were able to get a peek into their vehicle and found a bounty of illicit material: 247.3 grams of suspected meth, 171 prescription pills, 5.3 grams of mushrooms, two glass pipes, and $400 cash. Of course, those findings were added on to the careless driving charge they’d already racked up. For more on the story, click here.
