Nebraska man slams Bobcat into stores, ATM, and vehicles.
Monday, January 15: Around 2:30 p.m. on January 14, officers were called to the U-Stop near 73rd and Pine Lake Road in Lincoln. Samuel Peyrot, 36, was driving a skid loader and damaging vehicles in the parking lot. Peyrot then went to Home Depot where he “went on a rampage”- slamming the machine into stores, an ATM, and other vehicles – including a police SUV with an officer behind the wheel. At least one person was injured. Before a potential second rampage, a police officer was able to stop Peyrot from causing any further damage. He has been arrested.
Man dresses as girlfriend to take exam for her.
Tuesday, January 16: NDTV says a man in Punjab, India recently dressed as his girlfriend to take an exam for her. Angrez Singh used fake voter cards to prove he was his girlfriend, but was eventually busted when his fingerprints didn’t match hers on a biometric device. Legal action is now being taken against him.
Man arrested after swinging nunchucks at roommates.
Wednesday, January 17: Police were recently dispatched to a North Royalton, Ohio home regarding an assault. When police arrived, the Ohio man (unnamed by police) said that he was unhappy that his two roommates made him pay for chicken wings. After he said that he wouldn’t pay for the order, his roommates “assaulted” him by pushing him to the ground and kicking him.
However, his roommates told a different story. His roommates informed him that the man was accidently charged for the chicken wings. When his roommates returned home, he threatened them and pulled out a pair of nunchucks – nearly hitting them. The man was arrested for assault and disorderly conduct.
Buffalo Wild Wings customer arrested for trading weed for fried pickles.
Thursday, January 18: WTHR reports than an Indianapolis man was recently arrested at Buffalo Wild Wings after he offered servers marijuana in exchange for fried pickles. The incident occurred after the restaurant closed. The customer offered to make the trade if employees agreed to reopen the kitchen and make him the food that was requested. The man was arrested for possession – among other things.
Woman gets caught using dog urine for drug test.
Friday, January 19: A Florida woman is back in trouble after reportedly using dog urine for a random drug test. Jessica Beatty, 42, admitted that she “collected urine from her aunt’s dog” and intended to provide the sample during the test. Beatty already has a long list of convictions, including possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license. For this incident, she was charged with a misdemeanor.
