Some people just can’t handle fun. According to jail records, a 31 year old Madera, CA man named Dominic Salazar was arrested on Halloween night on several charges including drunken disorderly conduct, domestic battery, and several other charges. The man is being held in lieu of a $55,000 bond. The man was at least dressed for the occasion, as you can see in his mug shot, he was arrested while drunk in a Fire Ball Whiskey costume.
