An unnamed Ohio man recently had a few run ins with the law over his attempt to get a free tv. According to Cleaveland.com, the man entered a Walmart, grabbed a cart, put a 55 inch tv in the cart and tried to walk out of the store. When a Walmart receipt checker stopped him and asked to see the receipt, the man showed a receipt…for a $1 tootsie roll. Police were called and the man was arrested. Just 10 minuets after being released, the man went back to the same Walmart and tried to steal the same tv in the same way. This time, he wasn’t released so quickly.
