Police were called to a restaurant in Naples, Florida after a man became disruptive. The man had wandered away before the police got there, but a witness told them “a drunk male in a red shirt is yelling at people claiming he’s Mick Jagger.” Police found the man, 59-year-old Eugene Bingham, at a nearby park where he allegedly charged at a Naples Police officer before falling down in what the report calls a “drunk, unstable state.” Bingham is back in jail after being convicted last month of trying to break into a marked police car outside a Perkins restaurant; this time he’s charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and disorderly intoxication.
