Police in Derbyshire were called out to help a couple of lovebirds after they parked up on the side of a secluded road.

The couple, who had decided to ‘strengthen their relationship’ inside the Toyota Yaris, according to officers, accidentally let the handbrake go. Their vehicle ended up rolling down the hill and flipping onto its side, police explained. Luckily, neither of the occupants ended up with any injuries.

The Derbyshire Police team said: “At an undisclosed location in Derbyshire the couple occupying this Yaris had parked up and were strengthening their relationship. For the full story check out the Derbyshire Road Crime Unit Twitter page here
