No boss wants an “agitated” staff “performing with less energy” at the office, but the owner of an adult entertainment company has come up with a unique way to deal with it. Erika Lust has instituted 30-minute “masturbation breaks” for her employees every day and is even providing a “masturbation station” for them to use.

Why not? It sounds like a perfectly reasonable idea for an adult filmmaker’s business. Lust says her staff have been affected by the pandemic lockdowns and made the move to give her 36 employees a chance to blow off a little steam every day. She decided to do it now since May is Masturbation Month but plans to continue it after the month ends.

No surprise, but the employees love the new policy, saying it helps relieve their stress. Lust is now hoping other business owners will follow her lead and put the same policy in place, but it will probably be a while before this idea comes into its own.
