Today’s Stupid Human is from Kentucky! According to ABC News, Steven Alfred of Kentucky was caught doing his best Dominic Toretto impersonation going 143 MPH in a 70 MPH zone. Unfortunately for Steven, the cops were able to stick with him for more than a quarter mile and Steven’s Mustang ran out of gas during the chase.
